For the past 5 years, Seth has been making homeownership dreams come true as a dedicated loan originator. What inspired him to pursue a career in the mortgage industry? His passion for helping people and being part of the homebuying experience with members of his community.  Previously an insurance agent for 10 years, Seth found a new calling in guiding families through one of their most significant financial purchases. (This means he also offers his clients solid advice on the best way to insure their new investment too!)

Seth's love for his community shines through as he serves in a small town where everyone knows and supports one another, creating a warm family vibe. Specializing in Conventional, FHA and VA loans, Seth finds immense satisfaction in assisting veterans. But that's not all – he's well-equipped to handle a diverse range of loan types. When it comes to the current housing market, Seth's unique qualifications enable him to guide today's homebuyers through the challenges and opportunities they may face. His expertise, coupled with a deep understanding of the local market, provides clients with a strategic advantage.

To ensure a positive experience for his clients, Seth emphasizes transparency, communication, and setting proper expectations right from the start. Seth's dedication to the community extends beyond his profession; he serves as a board member of the Hernando County chapter of CCA (Coastal Conservation Association), protecting Florida's precious marine resources.  Working with Seth as your loan originator, you’ll find a knowledgeable professional who is genuinely invested in your dream of homeownership.

Seth is a graduate of USF (go Bulls!) with a degree in criminology. Beyond his work, Seth finds joy in coaching his son's 6U flag football team, fishing, bird hunting, and mastering the art of cooking, grilling, and smoking meats over an open fire – a true culinary passion.
